How we Work
At Khrönmière, we believe that great games are created by people who think with care, create with intention, and collaborate with respect. We work in a distributed way, with autonomy and responsibility, valuing clarity, communication, and a strong commitment to quality.

Remote and Async
We work fully remotely and prioritize asynchronous communication whenever possible. We value focus and organization, avoiding constant dependence on fixed schedules. Meetings exist when they make sense, but day-to-day work respects each person’s rhythm and reality.

Autonomy with Responsibility
We believe autonomy only works when it comes with responsibility and clarity. Each person has the space to make decisions, propose solutions, and organize their work, always aligned with the project’s goals and the commitments made to the team.

Processes That Adapt to Time and Context
Our processes exist to support the work, not to constrain it. We seek clear, flexible, and adaptable structures that take into account each project’s context, its different phases, and the people involved. The goal is to maintain flow, predictability, and respect for everyone’s time.
What we seek?

1
Commitment to Quality
We value care in every detail. We pursue quality not as perfectionism, but as a responsibility toward what we create, toward those who play our games, and toward those who work with us. Decisions are made with intention, clarity, and respect for the impact they generate.
2
Collaboration with Respect
We believe that strong ideas emerge from open dialogue and mutual respect. We work with honest communication, active listening, and clear expectations, creating an environment where different perspectives contribute in a constructive way.
3
A Mindset of Learning and Evolution
We see learning as an essential part of the creative process. We are open to revisiting decisions, experimenting with new approaches, and continuously evolving, both as individuals and as a team.
4
Connection to Our Creative Vision
We value people who genuinely connect with the kind of experiences we aim to create. Beyond technical skills, we look for alignment with our narrative vision, our values, and the way we think about games as systems of meaning and expression.
